Patrick O'Callaghan
Host / Facilitator:
Patrick specialises in project and technology management, business strategy and innovation with a particular interest in emerging technologies. He is a founder of consulting firm Paveto and of payments software provider Valista, recently acquired by Aepona. Patrick was previously European GM of Welch Allyn's Data Collection Division and Head of Sales and Marketing for Chemfab Corporation's Worldwide Communications business, now part of the St Gobain Group.

Patrick qualified in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick, studied International Marketing with The Open University and has an MBA from London's City University. He has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and general management. In addition to his activities with Trigraph and Paveto, he also writes and lectures on Project Management, Innovation and Information Management.
Arthur Stone
Key Speaker
Arthur Stone is Managing Director of Systematics. Based in Clonmel Co. Tipperary, Systematics provide a range of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma Training and Consultancy services and software to domestic and international companies in Ireland and the UK.

Arthur has over twenty-five years experience in industry with a broad range of experience including technical and operations management, business development planning, project management, technology transfers, new product introduction and process development, as well as being directly involved in a number of plant and business start-ups.

He has held senior Engineering, Operations and Management roles with international companies in Ireland and the US, including Kollmorgen Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, Pulse Engineering and Seagate Technology and has led several Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma projects.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Degree from University College Cork.
Jerry Shanahan
Key Speaker
Jerry Shanahan is a Senior Consultant who brings over twenty years of industry experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Processes. He has held many senior positions in both the Electronic and Medical Device industry, including Test Engineering Manager with Intel Ireland, Managing Director of Cabletron Ireland, Chief Operating Officer of Enterasys Networks and Vice President of International Operations for DePuy, Johnson & Johnson.

In fulfilling these various roles he has extensive international experience through direct responsibility for operations in various countries and also through relocating for extended periods to work out of the UK and the USA. He has directly led many significant change initiatives and has particular expertise in the areas of Business Strategy Development, Business Planning, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service and Business Process Improvement.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from University College Cork, and a Masters of Science in Total Quality Management from the University of Limerick.
