| Key Features of Trigraph ITIL Managers Course | 1. Accelerated Timescale
At Trigraph we appreciate the difficulty you have in taking time away from the office to attend training. For this reason we provide this course in an accelerated schedule, and we have reduced the overall time you are required to attend by 2 days.
2. Exam Preparation
At Trigraph we recognise that one of the primary reasons for individuals taking this course is to gain the accreditation and achieve the qualification. Unfortunately the failure rate for non Trigraph candidates taking this examination is very high, and currently runs at approximately 50% (with those achieving passes with Distinctions only accounting for approximately 8% of candidates)!
Unlike other training providers we recognises the reality of this situation, and the way our course is taught addresses this – we not only teach the course material (the syllabus), we also teach candidates how to pass the examination.
Specifically:
· We provide a comprehensive Revision Day for all candidates approximately one week before the examinations. Unlike our competitors this Revision day is not simply a repetition of the topics covered in the courseware. Rather it is an in-depth breakdown and analysis of the Case Study, which forms the basis of 65% of the questions in the examination (this Case Study is released by the examination board two weeks before the examinations).
· During the actual course we provide individual sessions on examination technique (how to identify key words, using the appropriate answer format etc), and revision technique (what and how to revise).
· During the course we ensure that all delegates are provided with the opportunity to sit 16 practice examination questions, which are marked to the examination standard, and full feedback provided to enable delegates to improve.
By doing all of the above we do far more than simply teach a course, instead we thoroughly prepare candidates for the examinations and give them the best possible chance of success.
