Description:The event covers the principles, terminology and methods used in the Management of Risk (M_o_Rฎ) approach. It enables delegates to apply the Guidance within their own organisations as well as preparing for the APM Group Foundation certificate exam (included in the course).

The course lasts for 3 days and includes the following:

- Novare Consulting M_o_R Information Leaflet
- M_o_R Pocketbook
- The manual “Management of Risk Guidance”
AudienceM_o_Rฎ is written primarily for Business Managers, process owners, strategic planners, project and procurement teams, business continuity planners and security teams are the primary audience for this guidance, together with their service providers.
DurationThree days
Exams45 multiple choice questions

50% pass mark (23 correct answers out of the 45)

The exam papers are marked the same day by the trainer.

Unsuccessful delegates will be able to re-sit the exam on the same day.
Delegates shouldAllow at least 6-10 hours to prepare for the course

Expect about 2 hours of homework every evening.

Familiarise themselves with their Pocketbook and Manual
Evidence of IdentityWhen attending the exam, delegates must present an official form of photographic identification to the Tutor.

Delegates will not be eligible to sit the exam without this identification
