Starting up a new project is an exciting time. The project team are about to embark on a journey and deliver something new to the organisation.
For a project to be successful it is important that it gets off to a good start – the planning stage. Time spent planning the project will repay itself in the long run because there is a much greater chance of project success. The converse is also true – when a project runs into difficulties, one of the most frequent comments is “I wish we had spent some more time planning”.

If you are using PRINCE2®, PMBoK or your own project methodology we will produce the appropriate documents such as Project Charter, Project Initiation Document, etc.
