Biographies
        
Jim Maher
Jim Maher is a Computer Science graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and is Director of Trigraph. He has extensive experience of the Irish ICT industry, gained over a period of more than 20 years. During that time, Jim held several Senior Management positions with a number of industry-leading IT services companies, working extensively in Irish industry and commerce as well as establishing lasting business relationships at executive level with many blue-chip private and public-service organisations. He is a member of PMI and ASQ.

Seán McEvoy
Seán has 25 years of experience in Project and Programme Management, IT product development, Process development and re-engineering, Training Course design, and Consulting in Telecommunications, Financial Services, Software, Pharmaceutical and Engineering and Manufacturing environments. Seán is also a Prince2 Certified Practitioner / Trainer. In addition, he specialises in Risk Management and is a M_O_R Certified Practitioner and Trainer.

Patrick O'Callaghan
Patrick specialises in Internet, mobile and communications applications and is founder of Paveto, a software consulting and development firm, operating in Ireland, UK, Italy and Scandinavia. He is also co-founder of payments software provider Valista, formerly Network365. Patrick was previously European GM of Welch Allyn's Data Collection Division and Head of Sales and Marketing for Chemfab Corporation's Worldwide Communications business, now part of the St Gobain Group.

Finbarr Sheehy
Finbarr Sheehy has over 25 years experience in Business Improvement, Training and Human Development. He has held senior positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Training in several US multinational organisations such as Analog Devices , Intel and Wyeth. He was Director for Continuous Improvement and Training at Wyeth as well as Training Manager at Intel. Finbarr is also currently Education Director of Innopharma Labs.

Andy Brophy
Andy Brophy is a Lean & Innovation Improvement Advisor. He has been working in the lean field for the last twelve years with a diverse range of organisations including manufacturing, services, software development, and hospitals.

Andy holds a 1st Class MSc in Lean Operations from Cardiff University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified. In May 2010 he published the co-authored book Innovative Lean with John Bicheno of the Lean Enterprise Research Center in the UK. This work is primarily based on the power of harvesting and implementing employee ideas and creating an innovative and empowered workforce.

In 2011 he was selected by Pearson’s the worlds largest book publisher to write The Financial Times Guide to Lean.

Michael Gallagher
Michael has a background in Accountancy and IT but for the past 12 years had specialised in area of business continuity, risk, and emergency management. His broad business background, along with his experience as Head of IT in an organisation recognised as a leader in the adoption of technology, has provided the foundation for his work as a business continuity consultant. He has worked with organisations in developing business continuity strategies and plans in Ireland, UK, and throughout Europe and Asia.

Tina Kinirons
Tina specialises in management and leadership consulting, training and coaching. She worked in sales, operations, management and consulting roles for IBM and Microsoft, before retraining as an Occupational Psychologist. She applies her psychological expertise, together with her 20+ years of business and management experience, to leadership and management challenges. Tina holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology and is a member of the BPS and PSI (the psychological bodies in the UK and Ireland) and the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Colm O'hEocha
In roles from programmer to Chief Technical Architect to Director of R&D, Colm has over 20 years experience in IT. Introducing agile and lean software development methods to companies since 2001, Colm has huge experience of the opportunities and pitfalls organisations face introducing and scaling methods such as Scrum in real enterprise development environments. As both agile team member and manager, he has guided agile adoption strategy in diverse development environments such as web applications, enterprise systems, firmware and data streaming platforms. Colm provides executive and team level training, consulting, coaching and assessment services in Scrum, Lean and Kanban methods.

Ray Timmins
Ray has extensive experience in the public and private sector. With a background in engineering and operations he has been successful in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools in a variety of settings.
He has a unique ability to work at board level and at process floor level with highly skilled management and technical personnel. As a strong facilitator he guides participants through challenging training topics to deliver practical and sustained benefit to business.

In addition to his strong practitioner orientation, Ray graduated from D.C.U with a B.Sc (IT) , U.C.C with a H.Dip (Environmental Engineering) and U.L with an M.B.A. He is also qualified as a trainer (Fetac Level 6)

Brian O'Sullivan
Brian O’Sullivan has over 20 years IT and business experience developed in a career spanning IT and business functions. He specialises in IT Management and has particular expertise in aligning IT and Business Strategy, IT Governance, Portfolio Management, Program Management and Compliance. He works with senior management and business functions to align IT strategies, projects and deliverables to business objectives.

Tony Bourke
Tony is a graduate of UCD (Chemistry) and TCD (Education and IT). He has worked in senior management positions in multinational companies such as ICL, Wang and Unisys. He has also worked in SME companies such as Baydon, CLC and IT Solutions. Tony is primarily a trainer of management skills. In addition, he works as a Coach and is a certified workplace Mediator. Tony has trained in Ireland, the UK, Poland, Bulgaria, Australia and South Africa. He is a member of CIPD.
        
        
Mark Mulvany
Mark is a networking specialist, working both with Microsoft Technologies and Linux and is a very experienced trainer and consultant operating in Ireland and the UK. Mark has worked in IT for the last 14 years and held numerous roles including field network engineer, network support manager and IT manager.
